The Australian Centre for Health Innovation (CHI), a part of Alfred Health, focuses on advancing excellence in health care and enhancing our patients' experience through innovation, design, education and research. Uniting a diverse range of stakeholders, we shape innovative solutions to the challenges in health and healthcare delivery, enabling our partners to become leaders in their field.
CHI now has three full time opportunities for Project Officers to join the team on 12 month fixed term contracts.
As a Project Officer you will be responsible for working with diverse teams and individuals at all levels of Alfred Health to deliver innovative service design and improvement projects under the guidance of CHI Consultants. The focus of the role will supporting the Alfred Health Outpatient Transformation team deliver high quality outcomes as part of a large-scale redesign initiative.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of or exposure to improvement methodology (e.g. Lean Thinking), project management and change management, and these skills will be further developed in this position.
